INTRUSON ALARM - Time Reported 8:16 am - Date of Incident 1/4/17: Cleaning staff advised they had tripped the intrusion alarm at 501 Michigan. Alarm was reset. Disp: Cleared.

INTRUSION ALARM - Time Reported 8:33 am - Date of Incident 1/5/17: Jr High Building intrusion alarm activated. Facilities called and advised they had reset the alarm. Disp: Cleared.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION - Time Reported 1:00 pm - Date of Incident 1/5/17: A student reported a person entered their dorm room in the early morning hours and then shut the door when they realized there was a student inside. Disp: Cleared.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION - Time Reported 2/53 pm - Date of Incident 1/6/17: An employee of First Merit Bank called and advised they had a tamper alarm on their ATM at the Kellogg Center. Officers responded and did not see any tampering or damage to the machine. Disp: Cleared.

INTRUSION ALARM - Time Reported 7:36 am - Date of Incident 1/10/17: Cleaning staff set off the alarm at the Jr High Building. Alarm was disarmed for cleaning. Disp: Cleared.

PARKING COMPLAINT - Time Reported 10:08 am - Date of Incident 1/10/17: Campus Safety officers advised tehre was a vehicle parked in a college driveway that could obstruct snow removal. Student was emailed. Disp: Cleared.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE - Time Reported 10:46 pm - Date of Incident 1/10/17: Officers checked a vehicle that was parked in the Ferguson Lot 18 that was running with no one around it and not parked in a space. Disp: Cleared.

TRESPASSING - Time Reported 10:49 pm - Date of Incident 1/17/17: A man was reported in the area of the Mae asking for money, as he had run out of gas and needed to fill his car. Officers responded and checked the area, but were unable to find the subjects. Albion Department of Public Safety (ADPS) was advised of the suspicious activity. Disp: Cleared.

ASSIST ADPS - Time Reported 6:15 pm - Date of Incident 1/18/17: A faculty member advised his vehicle was hit while parked on the corner of Hannah and Erie  Streets. Disp: Closed (Criminal).

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION - Time Reported 2:16 am - Date of Incident 1/19/17: A staff members car alarm was going off while parked in Lot 4. Vehicle doors were secure. Alarm eventually turned off. Disp: Cleared.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION - Time Reported 8:07 am - Date of Incident 1/19/17: A student reported a suspicious vehicle that passed her slowly as she was crossing Bidwell Street into the Wesley Hall parking lot. She reported she believed they took a picture of her with their cell phone while driving past. Disp: Inactive.

SMOKE ALARM - Time Reported 8:15 am - Date of Incident 1/20/17: Burns Apartments smoke alarm acitvated. Officers responded and found that the alarm was due to a maintenance issue that had already been reported. Disp: Cleared. 

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY - Time Reported 9:00 am - Date of Incident 1/20/17: A student reported their rear window of their vehicle had been broken while parking in Lot 15. Disp: Inactive.

NOISE COMPLAINT - Time Reported 9:40 am - Date of Incident 1/20/17: Library staff reported a vehicle car alarm that was continuously activating in Lot 4. Disp: Cleared.

PARKING COMPLAINT - Time Reported 12:01 pm - Date of Incident 1/20/17: A student was emailed to move his vehicle from handicap permitted parking near Vulgamore Hall. Disp: Cleared.

ILLEGAL DRUG VIOLATION - Time Reported 1:42 pm - Date of Incident 1/20/17: Cleaning staff reported small flakes they believed to be marijuana on the countertop in a Wesley Hall bathroom. Disp: Cleared.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION - Time Reported 12:11 pm - Date of Incident 1/25/17: A student reported she saw a bullet on the sidewalk near the Kellogg Center. Officers responded and found that the bullet did not have a core, was not active, and appeared to have been a part of a keychain and fallen off. Disp: Cleared.

SMOKE ALARM - Time Reported 11:53 am - Date of Incident 2/27/17: Munger Apartments smoke alarm activated. Officers responded and found the alarm was due to bacon cooking. Alarm was silenced and reset. Disp: Cleared.
