416 Erie Street Apartments
The 416 Erie Street Apartment building is considered a privileged housing option for senior-status women. The building consists of two apartments, housing a total of 14 students. One apartment houses six students and one apartment houses 8 students. The first-floor apartment is the six-person unit and comprises three double rooms. The second-floor apartment consists of four double rooms, housing eight students.
Due to the occupancy of the 2 apartments, the 8-person apartment will be applied for during the Annex Application phase of room selection and the 6-person apartment will be applied for during the Apartment Application phase of room selection.
Each apartment is furnished with two bathrooms, a living room and dining room with furniture, two refrigerators, a stove, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. Students should plan to bring their own pots, pans, plates, etc. The apartments are carpeted in the living and dining rooms. This is an air-conditioned facility. There is also a laundry room available for each apartment.
Each bedroom has one bed, dresser, desk, bookcase, chair, and Internet connection per resident. Also, each bedroom is equipped with a College telephone and cable TV hookup. All college furniture must remain in the apartment for the duration of the academic year.
Students residing in the 416 Erie Street Apartments are not required to be on the College Board plan.
