There are no waiting lists for majors at Albion. Students take courses across Albion’s liberal arts curriculum while pursuing a major in their chosen field from a catalog of nearly 90 areas of study that result in the Bachelor of Arts degree. Students may also prepare for teacher certification through one of Albion’s PK through 12th grade educational studies programs, earn a dual degree in engineering from Albion and the University of Michigan or Columbia University, or pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
Designed for students interested in challenges and opportunities that go beyond those offered by traditional lecture and laboratory courses, our Prentiss M. Brown Honors program offers small, distinctive, interdisciplinary discussion-based classes, field trips, and cultural and social events that emphasize critical thinking and build community.
