This past summer, Kaitlind traveled to London and studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science. During her time in London, she took courses in “Finance” and “Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship”. This fall, Kaitlind will be working to obtain her real estate license, and after graduation in the spring, she hopes to either gain a job in the real estate field or earn an internship or job in the residential building industry.
“By traveling to London and going to the London School of Economics and Political Science, I hope to gain a greater understanding of the business world on an international scale. In the Fall, I will be a part of the “International Entrepreneurial Exchange” class that travels to France to collaborate on a business model/plan with graduate school students. I hope that I can use my experience and knowledge from studying in London to better help my group and to be able to approach the class with a more global perspective. Albion College has given me so many opportunities to grow, succeed, and open doors for the future. I am so thankful for all the students, professors, and other faculty members that have helped me get to where I am. Without the help of these people, I would not have been able to graduate early and accomplish as much as I have. I have big goals for the future, but with what I have learned and will learn at Albion, I am hopeful that I will be successful in whatever I set my mind to.”
