Albion College Excellence (ACE) Award

The 2024 ACE Award nomination form has been closed. The awards will be announced at the 2024 Employee Recognition Event on Friday, December 13th from 12:00pm – 2:00pm in the science atrium.

As part of our annual employee recognition event, Albion College honors those with milestone years of service as well the exceptional commitment and work of its employees. The Albion College Excellence (ACE) Award was developed to help us recognize those employees whose performance exceeds expectations. Areas of excellence might include:

  • Advancing a positive culture of diversity, equity and belonging
  • Implementing new and innovative ideas, programs or services
  • Contributing to student recruitment, retention and engagement in an unconventional, yet impactful way
  • Exemplifies exceptional service to the campus and/or Albion community
