Community Corps

What is a Community Corps?

Community Corps aims to provide an inclusive and flexible volunteer program for students who are not eligible or cannot commit to the full AmeriCorps program. This initiative encourages community engagement by allowing students to volunteer and accumulate service hours on their own terms.

Many students on Albion’s campus are interested in volunteering but may not be candidates for the AmeriCorps program for any number of reasons. This may include athletes, members of Greek Life, international students or students in academic programs with other required experiential learning. Community Corps was designed with these students in mind.
