The Albion College AmeriCorps program is designed to offer students a meaningful experience while addressing financial needs. Participants receive a living stipend for their service, supporting their commitment to community involvement. Upon completion, members qualify for an education award, aiding their academic pursuits. This financial backing broadens program access and emphasizes a lasting culture of service. With hands-on learning, financial aid, and educational rewards, the program empowers students to contribute effectively while enhancing their personal and academic growth.

AmeriCorps values its members’ contributions and dedication, supporting them with the Segal Education Award upon completion of service hours. This award is intended for educational expenses and can be used to pay off federal student loans or cover costs at participating higher education institutions and training programs.
