Elena Solero

Collaborative Pianist

Elena Solero received a Bachelor of Music in saxophone performance from DePauw University (Greencastle, IN) and a Master of Music in saxophone performance from Bowling Green State University, where she studied with John Sampen.

She is currently in her fourteenth year as a staff pianist and vocal coach at Albion College and has accompanied at Indiana/Purdue University-Ft. Wayne, Ft. Wayne Suzuki, and Kellogg Community College as well as several churches, competitions, and choirs. In addition, she has taught at KCC, IPFW Prep, and the Battle Creek Community Music School. She also teaches a private studio of saxophone and piano students and has served as saxophone soloist with the Marshall Community Band as well as Music Director for many Marshall Civic Players productions. She resides in Marshall.
