Albion College takes very seriously complaints and concerns regarding the institution. Most complaints or concerns of a specific nature should be handled through internal processes of the College.

Concerns about alleged illegal or unethical business practices, fraudulent accounting or bookkeeping, or waste of institutional resources may be made confidentially to the College’s Hotline. Complaints associated with the institution’s compliance with academic program quality and accrediting standards may be sent to the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, following their complaint process which is published at http://www.ncahlc.org/information-for-the-public/complaints.html.
