EBONY: Centering Blackness Throughout History Photo Exhibit

The James L. Curtis Institute for Race and Belonging invites you to step into the world of Ebony Magazine, one of the most globally-recognized Black American publications — made for Black people, by Black people. Embodying the ebb and flow of the Black experience, this exhibit is a love letter to the Black students at Albion College. You are more than where you come from, and how this world has defined you. Even in all Black folks have faced throughout the years, they’ve still found a way to be creative, engaged, intentional, and committed. Blackness is not a monolith; we are constantly evolving as our uniquely Black selves.
