In a nutshell, what do you do?
I am someone that always needs to be moving and doing something that will benefit me in the long run. I am someone that likes to be involved in many groups on campus, whether that be Greek Life, sports or other groups and organizations. I am always looking to be active outdoors and will always have an adventurous mindset. Whether I am working at school or hiking outdoors, I am always having fun with those around me. I am very social and love to meet as many new people as I can.
Why do you love what you do?
Throughout my last four years here at Albion, I have been able to grow into who I am as a person. I now am able to have a better understanding on what I like and I do not like. It brings me great joy when I am able to do things that will not only benefit others, but also make myself happy. Seeing the joy on others faces and successes of others makes me happy when I am able to help and be with others.
How did Albion help you get there?
Albion has been the place to foster new opportunities and experiences. Albion does not only focus on the four years of being a student, but instead brings in the overall college experience to be prepared for life after college. Throughout my last four years here, I have realized that Albion has the resources, staff, faculty and institutions to support you in any aspect of your life. I knew that I wanted to go into business and from the very beginning of my college career, my professors and the Gerstacker Institution would not only support me, but also push me to be the best student and person possible.
For me, Albion …
…has shown me that I have the ability to push my boundaries and comfort levels and know that I can make a positive change to this world.
