The Office of Belonging is the catalyst for inclusion and experiential learning opportunities that unify our community. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students, faculty, and staff. We want our visitors to feel a sense of belonging at Albion College. We hope you are here to learn and develop a connection with diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. OOB will provide learning opportunities through programs and events that create groundwork for a more inclusive and equitable society.

Dear Brits,

The Office of Belonging strongly believes that we have an obligation to create the best educational experience for all Albion students. As part of this goal, we seek to understand the true meaning of belonging for each and everyone on campus and deliver an experience that matches those needs.

As a campus that values compassion, respect, ethics, empathy, and social responsibility, we celebrate your uniqueness and look forward to the many ways we will learn from each other as a community of Brits.
