Munger Place Experience

Munger Place Apartments are located in a historical Michigan Avenue building with two, three, and four-person apartments on the second, third, and fourth floors of the building. Formerly the renowned Parker Inn, the building was most recently renovated in 2015 and provides a walkable location convenient to both downtown Albion businesses and the college campus. The building is accessible by elevator, with shared laundry facilities on the first floor.

Equipped with air-conditioning, large windows and unique floor plans, Munger Place Apartments are in high demand. Apartments are available in 2 and 4-person units.

Room Selection Process

If interested in applying to live in a Munger Place apartment during Spring Room Selection Process, students can apply in a group of two or four. Juniors and seniors are eligible to apply to apartment options at Albion.

Students in Munger are not required to be on a College Board Plan. However, students may purchase a College Board Plan if desired. Please see Dining Services for more information.

Per Apartment:

Residents are responsible for the housekeeping of their individual apartments. Students should plan to bring their own cookware, dishware, and silverware.

Free laundry facilities are located on the first floor.

Room Furnishings

Each student is provided the following furniture:

• XL twin size bed (80” x 36”)
• May be bunked or placed as individuals
• Desk and desk chair
• Bookcase/shelf
• Closet
• Chest of drawers (three-drawer unit)

Building your own loft is prohibited. All college furniture must remain in the room throughout the entire academic year.
