Locked Account
If locked out of your network account (Campus computers, WiFi, Moodle Course Webs), the user can wait 30 minutes, and then their account should automatically unlock.
If an account needs to be unlocked immediately, please contact the Help Desk by email at [email protected], by phone at 517-629-0479, or in person on the ground floor of Ferguson between the hours of 8 am-5 pm M-F.
If locked out after hours, please wait 30 minutes and try again. If still unable to log in, the user will need to wait until the next business day.
