Weekly Mindfulness Meditation

Join Spiritual Life for weekly mindfulness meditation on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Kellogg 405.
Our teachers are authorized to teach meditation in the Kagyu-Nyinga school of Tibetan Buddhism, but you do not have to be Buddhist to participate. We will have time for meditation, discussion, and socializing with snacks.
Cushions, chairs, and snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. All are welcome!
