During its annual Sleight B.E.L.L Leadership Awards Ceremony on April 10th, Albion College recognized students, faculty, and campus organizations exhibiting outstanding leadership and service to the Albion College and greater Albion communities.
The following awards were presented:
- Briton Pride – Andrew Renner ’25
- Greek Woman of the Year – Kearny Miller ’25
- Outstanding Social Program – Union Board
- Outstanding Community Service Program – AmeriCorps
- Outstanding Educational Program – TRiO
- Servant Leader Award – Tatiyanna Olliver ’27
- Most Valuable Officer – Miles Newman ’25
- Emerging Leader – Alex Kotas ’28
- Greek Male of the Year – Jayshon Russ ’26
- Student Organization of the Year – Black Student Alliance
- Advisor of the Year – Abigail Cahill, associate biology professor
- Overall Community Assistant of the Year – Carly Fraser ’26
- Rookie of the Year – America Lozano ’27
- Program of the Year – Wesley Hall’s Halloween Mocktails hosted by America Lozano ’27 and Rylee Hesske ’27

The P-250 Endowed Scholarship recognizes outstanding student contributions in the areas of leadership and service to the college and the Greater Albion Community.

Lux Fiat Award Winners
The Lux Fiat Award bears the name of the motto of Albion College and recognizes seniors who have served as role models or “beacons of light” for their peers. The award honors four students who have excelled in the areas of academic achievement, commitment to diversity, service to the Albion community, and campus involvement. .
