Relationship Violence and Sexual Assault
Sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual harassment will not be tolerated at Albion College. The Albion College Relationship Violence and Sexual Assault Policy contains our definition of sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. We will fairly but rigorously enforce these standards. The full policy is published in the 2018-2019 Albion College Student Handbook and in the Relationship Violence and Sexual Assault Handbook listed below.
Survivors have the right and are encouraged to report to local law enforcement and to the College, and the College will assist survivors in filing a criminal complaint as requested. Survivors may request changes in academic, living, transportation, and working situations whether or not they choose to submit a formal complaint about the incident to the College or to civil authorities. Requests should be made to the Vice President for Student Development or the College’s Title IX Coordinator. Use the menu on the left or the following links for more information on Resources, Reporting, and Confidentiality.
