507 Erie Street Apartments

507 E. Erie Street Apartment, or “Owl House” is an eight-person (4 singles and 2 double-occupancy bedrooms) apartment with two full bathrooms and open concept floor plan. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room table for community meals.

Room Selection Process

Rising junior and senior standing women are welcome to apply to live in 507 E. Erie as a group of eight during Spring Room Selection Process, for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

Please be prepared to determine who lives in which bedrooms as a Roommate Group.

Students in 507 Erie Street Apartment are not required to be on a College Board Plan. However, students may purchase a College Board Plan if desired. Please see Dining Services for more information.

Apartment Amenities

  • Albion1Card is a key to the residential building as well as students’ individual room.
  • Carpeted dining and living rooms
  • Air conditioned facility
  • Wireless access is only available in the common areas of the apartment. All student rooms have active, wired ports.
  • Two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs)
  • Fully furnished living room and dining room
    • Sofas, lounge chairs, end tables, etc.

    • Sink with garbage disposal

Residents are responsible for the housekeeping of their individual apartments. Students need to bring their own cookware, dish-ware, and silverware.

Room Furnishings

Per Student:

  • XL twin size bed (80” x 36”)
  • May be bunked or placed as individuals (in double occupancy rooms)
  • Desk and desk chair
  • Bookcase/shelf
  • Chest of drawers (three-drawer unit)
  • Closet or wardrobe/armoire located in each room

Building your own loft is prohibited. All college furniture must remain in the room/apartment throughout the entire academic year.
