Accounting
Required for the major: Completion of Math 120 (College Algebra) or higher, and one of Math 209 (An Introduction to Statistics), Math 309 (Mathematical Statistics) or E&M 235 (Economic Statistics)
Before you can enroll in introductory level E&M courses for this major, you must place into Math 120 (College Algebra) or higher via ALEKS or you must complete Math 100 (Mathematics Essentials)
Astronomy
Required for the major or minor: Completion of Math 141 (Calculus of a Single Variable, Part 1) and higher mathematics courses
Before you can enroll in introductory-level courses for this major or minor, you must place into Math 141 (Calculus of a Single Variable, Part 1) or higher via ALEKS test or you must complete Math 120 (College Algebra).
Biochemistry
Required for the major: Completion of Math 141 (Calculus of a Single Variable, Part 1)
Before you can enroll in Math 141 (Calculus of a Single Variable, Part 1), you must place into Math 141 via ALEKS or you must complete Math 120 (College Algebra) AND Math 127 (Trigonometry), OR Math 125 (Precalculus).
