Judicial Obligations

Scope

Full-time faculty and administrative employees.

Policy

Employees who are called for judicial obligations will receive their regular pay for that period of absence.

Fees received for judicial obligations, less expenses, shall be remitted to the College.

The employee must notify his or her supervisor and the Human Resources Office, as far in advance as possible, of the dates the employee will be absent from work.

Procedure

Employees must submit the check received for judicial obligations to the Cashier’s office. The Cashier will refund to the employee any monies payable for mileage expenses.
