Scope

All employees.

Policy

The College requires an employee who daily, or often, drives a vehicle to and from work to secure an Albion College parking permit.

There is no charge to an employee for a parking permit.

Procedure

New full-time employees can receive parking permits from Campus Safety on the first day of hire.
Part time employees may receive a parking permit after 30 days of continuous employment.

The parking permit is in the form of a sticker and is to be placed visibly, in the lower left corner (driver’s side) of the rear window. The vehicle may then be parked in designated employee parking lots.

Replacement permits may be obtained from Campus Safety.

Vehicles parked improperly on College property may be ticketed or towed away at the owner’s expense.
