Albion Network
What does it affect?
My Albion, lab computer login, faculty & staff machines, Banner, Cisco, WiFi, Albion website access, Albion Today, and Moodle Course Webs.
*This is not the same as your Google Apps password.
Character Minimum & Specs
Your network password expires every 365 days. You will receive email notifications 30, 14, 7, 3, 2, & 1 day(s) prior to your network password expiring.
This password should have at least thirteen characters and cannot be any of your previous three passwords. This Password must contain the following items: an upper case letter, a lower case letter, and a number or a symbol. Password cannot contain your name or username.
How to Reset Password
Reset your password at Microsoft Password Reset or contact Help Desk at 517-629-0479
Google Apps
What does it affect?
Google Email, Calendar, Documents, Chat, Meet, and all other Google apps.
*This is not the same as your Albion Network password.
Password Requirements
Eight character minimum. Alpha-numeric and some special symbols.
How to Reset Password
Click on the settings button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then select see all settings. Click on the Accounts tab, and select Google Account Settings. Click into security, then under “Signing into Google” click on password. Login using your current password and then create and confirm a new password. Then click change password.

ACIS
What does it affect?
Albion College Information System more commonly known as ACIS. Transcript, financial, and scholarship information are found in ACIS.
Character Minimum & Specs
The user ID is your student number which contains the year you began at Albion. Password is 6-20 characters alpha-numberic.
How to Reset Password
Password does not expire. Please contact Help Desk by email at helpdesk@albion.edu or by phone at 517-629-0479 to have your password reset.
Albion 1Card
What does it affect?
Account access on albion1card.com
Character Minimum & Specs
Albion 1Card allows you to create your own unique username and password upon registering the card.
How to Reset Password
Once logged into your account, click on the my profile button on the left side of the screen. Next click the edit button under username & password to change your password.
Forgot Your Password?
Click on the “Forgot your username or password?” link in the Cardholder Account Center. Answer the questions listed to retrieve your password.
