Course Web Dates

Moodle course webs are created every semester. The following outlines creation, restore, backup and archival dates for the Albion College Course Webs.

Fall Course Webs

Creation – May 15-30

Restores – As soon as course webs are created/per request

Backups – One week after final grades due/Prior to Christmas Break

Archival – The start of summer courses

Spring Course Webs

Creation – 1st or 2nd week of November

Restores – As soon as course webs are created/per request

Backup – One week after final grades due

Archival – The start of fall courses

Summer Course Webs

Creation – Spring Break

Restores – As soon as course webs are created/per request

Backup – One week after final grades due

Archival – The start of spring courses

Scheduled Maintenance/Upgrade Dates

Upgrades, maintenance, or bug fixes will be performed twice a year (as needed).

Winter Break (December – January)
